• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and the internal database
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess fit
• Build talent pipelines across various industries
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate matching
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Provide interview preparation and support
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Nurture long-term candidate relationships
• Stay current with recruitment trends and sourcing strategies

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple vacancies

• Candidate sourcing and screening
