• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to successful placements
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of industries and roles
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify, assess, and match the best talent for available opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Provide candidates with interview preparation, guidance, and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, labour market insights, and sourcing strategies

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Fluent English is essential. Additional languages will be considered an asset
