Outreach Recruitment Agency is a licensed recruitment agency registered and operating in Malta (230, Seaspeed Triq Ninu Cremona, Paola PLA 1576, Malta). We act as a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Malta Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta).
For Candidates: We collect your full name, contact details (email, phone, address), nationality, date of birth, work experience, educational background, CV and supporting documents, employment preferences, and any other information you voluntarily provide during your application or registration.
For Employers: We collect company name, contact person details, billing information, job vacancy descriptions, and communication records relevant to the recruitment process.
Website visitors: We may collect browsing data, IP addresses, and usage analytics through cookies and similar technologies to improve our website experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes, in line with GDPR Article 6 lawful bases:
• Recruitment services: To match candidates with suitable job vacancies, assess suitability, and facilitate the hiring process on behalf of our employer clients.

• Study in Malta programme: To process enrolment inquiries, provide school recommendations, and support visa and accommodation guidance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with employer clients where you have given consent or where it is necessary to progress your application.
3. How Your Data is Stored & Protected
We take the security of your personal data seriously. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to candidate and employer records is restricted to authorised Outreach Recruitment staff on a need-to-know basis.
We retain candidate data for a period of up to 2 years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request earlier deletion. CVs and application documents submitted for specific roles are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and up to 6 months thereafter, unless you request removal.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without ensuring adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.
