Workshop Administrator
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Receive, record, and inspect all buses entering the workshop. Complete all necessary documentation and update the software accordingly. • Deliver, track and update Work orders to the Supervisor for assignment to technical personnel. • Updating records on time, including software such as Maximo with any related data such as opening/completing Work Orders, as well as inputting of hours. • Assuring the staff complete the required works, and their job card. • Filling out job cards or any other documentation related to
