Customer Care Agent — Luqa, Malta
About the Role
Outreach Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Agent on behalf of one of Malta's largest and most prestigious companies, based in Luqa. This role suits a positive, detail-focused communicator who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable working across phone, social media, and email channels. Working within the Commercial Department, the Customer Care Agent handles day-to-day customer interaction and support, from answering calls to resolving complaints professionally.
One of our clients is one of Malta's largest and most prestigious companies, operating a Commercial Department in Luqa.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to customer queries
- Replying to customers' messages via Facebook, Web, and Email
- Dealing with complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Ad hoc customer care related work
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Maltese and English
- O level standard education
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Customer communication (phone, social media, email)
- Complaint handling
- MS Excel and MS Word proficiency
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Prior experience in a customer care or contact centre environment
- Ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer
- Maltese and English are both required for this role.
