Working within the Commercial Department, the Customer Care Agent handles day-to-day customer interaction and support, from answering calls to resolving complaints professionally.

• Answering calls and responding to customer queries

• Ad hoc customer care related work

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Maltese and English
