Our client, a modern hotel in St. Julian's, is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join their front office team as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

The successful candidate will manage check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries while helping to maintain the hotel's reputation for warm, professional service.

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and room allocations
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Manage guest communications by phone, email, and online messaging
• Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
• Maintain the presentation standards of the reception area

• Prior experience in Front Office, Reception, or hospitality customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a benefit
• Computer literacy; experience with Property Management Systems is advantageous
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
