Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to successful placements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of industries and roles
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify, assess, and match the best talent for available opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide candidates with interview preparation, guidance, and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, labour market insights, and sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Fluent English is essential. Additional languages will be considered an asset
