About the Role
Our client, an organisation based in Ta' Xbiex that places strong emphasis on staff growth and professional advancement, is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to support employee development initiatives across the company. This hybrid role suits an L&D professional who enjoys building training programmes and helping people grow within a collaborative workplace culture.
The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding programmes, identify learning needs across the organisation, develop and evaluate training initiatives, and work closely with internal trainers and external training providers to support the company's wider L&D strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.
- Organise and evaluate training initiatives across the company.
- Identify learning needs and source appropriate training solutions.
- Create and maintain annual training plans.
- Develop training materials in collaboration with internal trainers.
- Manage training records and track performance metrics.
- Support talent and career development initiatives.
- Liaise with external training providers.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's L&D strategy.
Requirements
- Only candidates currently residing in Malta or candidates based in Europe holding EU nationality will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to facilitate training across all levels of the organisation.
- Fluent English; Maltese is advantageous.
- HR qualification or advanced education preferred.
- Social media recruitment experience is advantageous.
