About the Role
Our client, a well-established Italian restaurant in St. Julian's, is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager who speaks fluent Italian to join their team. The restaurant is part of an established restaurant group and runs an authentic Italian and Sicilian concept.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate and manage the front-of-house team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality are consistently maintained

- Manage reservations, table allocation and service flow

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Fluent Italian and good English are essential
