About the Role
Outreach Recruitment is hiring a Housekeeper for a boutique 9-bedroom guest house in Rabat, Malta. This role suits a dependable, detail-focused candidate who takes pride in keeping guest rooms and communal areas spotless and welcoming. The Housekeeper carries out daily cleaning of guest bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces, manages linen and laundry, restocks guest amenities, and reports any maintenance concerns to the team. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to candidates who are reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces to a high standard
- Prepare beds and manage linen
- Clean floors and surfaces throughout the property
- Handle and organise laundry
- Stock guest rooms with amenities
- Maintain common areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Follow hygiene and cleaning protocols
Requirements
- Current Malta residency required
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
