This role works closely with the Human Resources and Payroll function, supporting day to day operations and contributing to the organisation’s continued growth. 🎯 The Role Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will support core HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, administration, and work permit management. 📋

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Prepare interview documentation and screening packs
• Manage work permit applications and renewals for third country nationals and refugees
• Support general HR administration and day to day tasks

• Human Resources certification
• Previous experience in an HR role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Maltese
