Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
- Ensure food quality, authenticity, and presentation meet defined standards

- Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
- Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance
- Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen brigade
