About the Role
Our client operates a prestigious hospitality venue in Floriana, Malta and is looking for an experienced Banqueting F&B Supervisor to lead service on banqueting and events. You will be the main point of contact for event organisers and guests, and the person responsible for keeping service running smoothly from setup through to the end of each function.
It is a hands-on supervisory role: you will welcome event organisers and guests, supervise the banqueting team throughout service, make sure service standards and departmental procedures are consistently followed, and coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams so every event runs without a hitch.
It suits a hospitality professional with at least two years’ supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel or banqueting environment, who is comfortable on flexible shifts around an events calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and welcome event organisers and guests, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
- Supervise banqueting events and team members throughout service

Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within a hotel or banqueting environment
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A valid local Food Handling Licence in accordance with the Food Safety Commission of Malta
- Candidates must currently be residing in Malta
