About the Role
Our client is a leading retail company in Malta offering a wide range of products and solutions for the home. The Storekeeper will support the efficient receipt, storage and distribution of stock across its retail operations.
You will receive, store, handle and dispatch goods, maintain accurate inventory records and prepare items for store replenishment and customer collections. The work is active and hands-on, with a strong focus on safety, organisation and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload and inspect stock safely and efficiently
- Report discrepancies, damage or shortages in received goods
- Record incoming and outgoing goods according to company procedures
- Store, label and allocate products in the correct warehouse areas
- Update inventory records and assist with stock takes
- Prepare customer collections and retail stock requests accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Support colleagues and participate in operational training
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, stockroom or storekeeping experience is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stock accurately and responsibly
- Physical fitness for regular manual handling and safe lifting
- A reliable, responsible and cooperative approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Inventory management and accurate record keeping
- Goods receiving, inspection and dispatch
- Stock labelling, allocation and stocktaking
- Safe lifting and manual handling
- Warehouse organisation and housekeeping
- Customer and internal service
- Experience with an inventory management system and previous work in a retail warehouse, logistics operation or stockroom will be useful. No specific certification or licence was stated by the employer.
