About the Role
Our client, an established spa in St. Julian's, is looking for an experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience in a premium wellness setting.
The successful candidate will manage staff scheduling and training, monitor service standards and inventory, and support the wider team in delivering an exceptional spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the therapy and front-desk teams.
- Manage customer service and address guest concerns.
- Coordinate staff scheduling for peak coverage.
- Conduct staff training and enforce service standards.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels.
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
- Promote services and support revenue growth.
- Prepare operational reports.
Requirements
- Only candidates currently residing in Malta will be considered for this role.
- Proven supervisory or senior therapist experience in spa or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Good knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
