Spa Receptionist — St. Julian's, Malta
About the Role
Our client, an award-winning spa and wellness company with locations across Malta, is looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations at their St. Julian's location. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and a smooth, well-organised reception service.
The successful candidate will manage reservations and guest communications, support the therapy team, and help maintain the polished, professional standards expected of a leading spa brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and deliver a personalised, welcoming service.
- Manage reservations, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Inform guests about treatments, packages, and facilities.
- Coordinate with therapists to keep operations running smoothly.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Support promotional activities for treatments and memberships.
Requirements
- Only candidates currently residing in Malta will be considered for this role.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and booking system proficiency.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
