Spa Sales / Promotional Staff — Mellieħa, Malta
About the Role
Our client, an award-winning wellness and spa company with multiple locations across Malta, is looking for a confident and personable Spa Sales / Promotional Staff member to join their Mellieħa team. You'll promote treatments, packages, and memberships, helping guests find the right spa experience while meeting sales targets.
The successful candidate will represent the brand at promotional events, build guest relationships, and work closely with the spa and sales teams to drive bookings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote treatments, packages, memberships, and gift vouchers.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide information about facilities and available services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable experiences.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the brand at promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings.
- Collaborate with the spa and sales teams.
Requirements
- Only candidates currently residing in Malta will be considered for this role.
- Previous sales, promotions, customer service, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Confident, approachable, and professional manner.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
