• Plan and purchase vessel provisions using historical consumption data
• Coordinate provisioning before vessel departure with accurate, timely deliveries
• Source food, beverages, and supplies from approved suppliers
• Manage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage and labelling
• Process and fulfil supply requests before departure
• Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies

• Support the Finance Department during quieter periods
