Our client is looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative to join their retail team in Birkirkara. You'll take ownership of an assigned section of the store, helping customers find the right products while keeping shelves stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who enjoys direct customer interaction and takes pride in contributing to store sales targets. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is expected, and the role is open to applicants from anywhere in the world.

• Provide a professional, friendly, and proactive customer experience
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets
• Maintain responsibility for an assigned store section
• Ensure shelves are clean, organised, fully stocked, and presented to company standards
• Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed
• Maintain accurate pricing and product displays
• Raise purchase orders based on stock requirements and coordinate with suppliers
• Track product performance and provide feedback to management
• Identify new product opportunities based on customer demand
• Support other departments during peak periods

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

• Sales and negotiation technique
• Stock management and purchase order coordination
• Point-of-sale and pricing accuracy

• Prior experience managing a dedicated section or department within a retail store
• Experience raising purchase orders or liaising directly with suppliers
