• Supervise plate shop and steel fabrication activities across cutting, forming, and assembly work.
• Direct teams to maintain workflow, quality, and project progress.
• Monitor schedules and ensure work is completed in line with technical specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Project Management, Quality, and HSE departments.
• Manage resources and resolve operational issues to maintain productivity.
• Support safe working practices across workshop and shipyard operations.

• Demonstrated background in shipbuilding, ship repair, or steel fabrication.
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience in workshop settings.
• Expertise in steel structures and shipyard operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ship repair and marine engineering project experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational ability.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Experience leading plate shop teams on marine or heavy industrial projects.
• Confidence coordinating across production, project management, quality, and HSE functions.
• Hands-on knowledge of cutting, forming, assembly, and fabrication sequencing.
