As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall hygiene standards of our hotels. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests are essential for the success of our hospitality operations.

The position would be required for a night shift.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a courteous and helpful demeanour.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.
• Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Participate in training programs to continuously enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and carrying.
• Valid Skills Pass for Non-European Union candidates.
