Roles Available: Supervisors, Servers, Runners, Baristas, Bartenders & Sommeliers Locations: St Julian’s, Sliema & Gżira, Malta Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare and serve coffees, beverages, cocktails, and wines where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and service areas.
• Support team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
• Supervisors will oversee daily operations, team coordination, and service standards.
• Sommeliers will assist guests with wine recommendations and wine service.

• Candidates must be residing in Malta or hold a valid EU residence permit.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
