• Carry out day-to-day duties associated with the Customer Care Associate role, as directed by management.

• An advanced level of education
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
• Experience in a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset
