The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and supporting the daily operations of the sandwich shop in a fast-paced environment.

• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash, card, and contactless payments and ensure the till balances at the end of each shift
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
• Assist with stocking shelves and product replenishment when required
• Follow all store policies, cash handling procedures, and health & safety guidelines
• Support colleagues and supervisors with daily store operations

• Previous experience in a cashier, retail, or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Good communication skills in English
• EU nationality or valid Malta work permit
• Must be currently residing in Malta or able to relocate before start date
