Assistance Coordinator (Contact Centre Agent) — Floriana, Malta
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Centre Agent for our client to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role operates on a 24/7 shift schedule, primarily between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, and involves coordinating assistance services efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for assistance services and dispatch support within agreed timeframes
- Communicate with the contractor network via phone and email
- Manage and respond to online chat requests
- Accurately record and document call information in line with standard operating procedures
- Perform other contact centre-related duties as required
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both Maltese and English
- Knowledge of basic home installations (an asset)
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment (an asset)
