• Assemble schiacciate according to approved recipes
• Serve customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the counter area
• Prevent cross-contamination during food handling
• Restock ingredients and notify management of shortages
• Support queue flow and efficient service during peak hours
• Maintain hygiene standards in all service areas
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, preparation areas, and storage spaces
• Ensure proper maintenance and hygiene of kitchen tools and equipment
• Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain general kitchen cleanliness
