A fast-growing technical services company in Malta is looking for a Head of HVAC Technicians to lead its HVAC technical team and ensure the successful execution of installations, maintenance, and repair works across multiple project sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who combines strong technical knowledge with people management, mentoring technicians while maintaining quality and safety standards on every site.

• Lead and coordinate the HVAC technical team across multiple project sites
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules and allocate resources
• Oversee HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs to technical specifications
• Monitor sites regularly for quality, safety compliance, and project progress
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues and client concerns
• Mentor, train, and support the professional development of technicians
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, and clients
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage equipment and parts inventory
• Support staff recruitment and performance management
• Handle job reporting and technical documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Minimum 5 years' HVAC installation and/or maintenance experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related mechanical/electrical components
• Relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration
• Leadership and people management capabilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• English and Maltese language proficiency
• Valid driver's licence
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Basic IT literacy
