We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Laboratory Manager to support the operations of a leading Construction Materials Laboratory. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop technical and managerial skills in a fast-growing, quality-driven environment. You will assist in overseeing laboratory processes, materials testing, and quality control while ensuring compliance with established standards. Full training will be provided to help you grow confidently into the role.

• Support daily laboratory operations and materials testing (concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and soils).
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and equipment logs.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of testing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing procedures and operational efficiency.

• Education: MQF Level 6 in Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Not required training will be provided.
• License: Valid driving license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
