Our client, a leading public transport operator in Malta, is looking to recruit a Sales Agent to join its customer-facing team in Luqa. This role is central to the day-to-day sale of fares, travel cards and top-ups to passengers, and to delivering a consistently positive experience at the point of sale.

The successful candidate will maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge, actively promote and upsell relevant products in line with company objectives, and handle cash and card transactions accurately throughout each shift. Reconciling takings at the end of each shift and keeping stock levels topped up are also part of the day-to-day routine.

This is a full-time, on-site position suited to a candidate who enjoys working directly with the public and takes pride in getting the details right — from a friendly greeting to an accurate till reconciliation.
