About the Role
One of our clients is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Runner / Driver / Car Washer to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, coordination, movement, and upkeep of vehicles according to customer and operational
Key Responsibilities
- Assist department employees as directed by the Operations Executive and Fleet Coordinators.
- Move vehicles between various locations as required.
- Carry out interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.
- Deliver documentation and other company-related items when necessary.
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic checks.
- Hand over rental and replacement vehicles to clients professionally.
- Support team members during absences, leave, or peak operational periods.
- Ensure protective clothing, uniforms, and safety shoes are worn at all times.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any accidents, near misses, or safety hazards to the relevant personnel.
- Assist with additional operational duties as required by the business.
Requirements
- Clean and valid driving licence.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude.
