The successful candidate will handle late check-ins and early check-outs, process payments and balance the cash drawer, issue room keys under strict security protocols, and complete end-of-day reporting and system preparation for the following day. Guest enquiries, complaints, and any incidents are handled directly, with escalation to management or security when required.

This is a full-time, on-site position suited to a candidate who is comfortable working independently overnight and is available for nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out during overnight hours, including late arrivals and early departures.
