About the Role
Outreach Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeper to join our client's team in St. Julian's on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is open to candidates already living in Malta, and the housekeeping team plays an essential part in delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping in designated areas.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Communicate with guests professionally and courteously.
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Applicants must already be living in Malta.
- Pre-departure course certificate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
