A well-established Maltese construction firm is looking for a reliable General Labourer to join their team in Żebbuġ. You will support skilled tradespeople and site operations across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. • Assist skilled tradespeople including masons, carpenters, electricians, and machine operators
• Perform manual labour including loading, unloading, and transporting materials across the site
• Prepare and maintain a safe, clean construction site at all times
• Support excavation and demolition activities as directed
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools under supervision
• Manage waste removal and site cleanliness
• Distribute building materials to the correct areas of the site
• Comply fully with health and safety regulations and wear all required PPE

• Prior experience in construction, manual labour, or a site environment (preferred; entry level considered)
• Physical capability to handle demanding outdoor work
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required

• Stable full-time employment with a reputable Maltese construction firm
