Outreach Recruitment is seeking Bartenders on both a full-time and part-time basis for a leading hospitality group operating hotels, restaurants, bars, beach venues, and lifestyle outlets in St. Julian's, Malta. The group is known for vibrant guest experiences and high service standards across its venue portfolio.

This role suits someone already living in Malta with previous bartending or F&B experience who enjoys a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience
• Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment
• Support setup and closing procedures
• Promote menu items and upsells

• Already living in Malta
• Non-EU candidates must have a Skills Pass Certificate
• Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good command of English; additional languages beneficial
