Waiters Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

Our client, a well-established restaurant offering authentic Maltese & Mediterranean cuisine at the heart of the Valletta Waterfront, is looking for Waiters to join their team and deliver excellent service in a vibrant dining atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Waiters. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests, taking orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a high-quality dining experience that matches the restaurant’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks in line with restaurant standards.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and handle transactions responsibly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (experience in hospitality is an asset).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Maltese or Italian) are an advantage.
• Applicants must already reside in Malta.
