We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join a hotel in the heart of St. Julian’s, Malta. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and keep inventory up-to-date.
• Handle basic inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Experience with Opera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
