Customer Contact Agent Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta NEW

About the Role

Outreach Recruitment is looking for a motivated and multilingual Customer Contact Agent to join a growing insurance assistance team in Floriana, Malta. As the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance abroad, you will deliver outstanding service across calls, emails, and online channels.

This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates with a background in customer service or healthcare, including nursing students seeking to apply their skills in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage initial customer contacts and register cases in internal systems accurately
• Communicate policy procedures and coverage information with empathy and clarity
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) on call handling and response times
• Verify insurance policies through company databases
• Process customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection legislation

Requirements

• Fluent English — mandatory
• One of the following language combinations: English/Arabic/French, English/French, or English/Italian
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy with standard office applications
• Professional composure when handling high-pressure situations

Preferred Experience

• Background in customer service, insurance, or travel assistance
• Healthcare or nursing students are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

40-hour working week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
