We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:

Chef de Partie:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauces, pastry).
  • Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
  • Lead and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily specials.
  • Handle stock control and ordering.

Commis Chef:

  • Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen.
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Learn and improve culinary skills through hands-on experience.

Requirements:

Chef de Partie:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team.

Commis Chef:

  • Some kitchen experience or a culinary diploma is an advantage, but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the culinary field.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
