Corporate Executive Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Executive to join one of our top clients in the finance industry, part of an international group. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate work and experience with MBR (Malta Business Registry) filings. You will play a key role in ensuring the company’s corporate governance, compliance, and legal obligations are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate governance tasks, including board resolutions, minutes, and legal documentation.
• Handle MBR filings, including company formations, changes in company structures, and annual returns.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate regulations and legal requirements.
• Support the management of company secretarial duties and maintain corporate records.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address regulatory and corporate issues.
• Assist in business advisory and compliance-related projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar corporate role
• Strong knowledge of corporate work and experience with MBR filings is essential
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in corporate governance software and MS Office
