Accounts Executive Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join a leading client in the finance industry. As part of an international group, the company offers a range of services including Assurance, Taxation, Business Advisory, and Accountancy. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records, particularly focusing on CFR portal submissions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Process invoices and expenses, ensuring timely payments.
• Handle CFR portal submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in general accounting duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience with CFR portal submissions is a must.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
