Turnkey General Manager Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking an experienced Turnkey General Manager to oversee and manage turnkey projects for our client, a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture, stairways, flooring, timber products, aluminum profiles, roofing, stainless steel, and steel work. The company delivers complete, high-quality projects from conception to installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction and installation projects, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to oversee teams and ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of turnkey projects, including furniture, flooring, timber, aluminum, and steel installations.
• Manage teams across multiple trades, including carpentry, metalwork, and construction, ensuring efficient and on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all installations and construction activities meet the company’s high-quality standards and industry regulations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment by enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams, ensuring smooth communication and fostering a motivated workforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior role overseeing turnkey construction and installation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including carpentry, metalwork, and multi-trade coordination.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects with various disciplines such as furniture manufacturing, aluminum profiles, roofing, and steel installations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Must reside in Malta.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in construction management or a related field.
• Experience in overseeing complex projects involving timber, aluminum, and steel work across residential or commercial sectors.
