Site Coordinator Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking a Site Coordinator for our client to oversee the day-to-day activities of ongoing finishing projects. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the project management team, ensuring that works progress smoothly, safely, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are observed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site coordination or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and site operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines.
• Fluency in Maltese, English, and Italian.
• A valid driving licence is an asset.
