Our client, a popular and fast-paced restaurant located in the heart of St. Julians, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join their front-of-house team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly table service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for.
• Greet customers, present menus, and offer knowledgeable recommendations on dishes, drinks, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests efficiently, and handle any concerns with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout service.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members and junior waitstaff.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle transactions accurately.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
