Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Supervisors: Manage housekeeping operations, oversee staff, and ensure cleanliness.
- Receptionists: Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- F&B Supervisors: Oversee food and beverage service, manage staff, and ensure quality.
- Room Attendants: Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards.
- Reservations Agents: Manage room bookings, handle reservation inquiries, and ensure accurate booking information.
- Night Auditors: Maintain the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, handling guest needs and ensuring safety and security.
- F&B Associates: Assist in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to our guests.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- English fluency; additional languages a plus.
