Merchandising Representative Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

Our client, a leading winemaker in Malta, is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join their growing sales and merchandising team. This opportunity has become available due to the company’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional service to its valued clientele.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to support retail operations across various outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product visibility and optimal presentation of the clients wine portfolio in line with brand guidelines and planograms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and maintain product displays in retail outlets.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are replenished regularly.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Report on stock levels, promotional activity, and competitor presence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an asset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
