They are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced F&B Supervisors to join their team and ensure that their food and beverage services exceed guest expectations.

Job Description:

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. You will lead a team of staff, ensuring that our high standards of service, quality, and presentation are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include supervising service staff, managing customer interactions, and ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and presentation are maintained.
  • Train, motivate, and manage the F&B team, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with menu planning and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain F&B reports and records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, inventory management, and health regulations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
