Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Adoption of M365 services as well as creation and management of M365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Business, PowerApps);
  • Creation and management of wiki, collaborative sites and content management systems in general;
  • Collection and technical analysis of business requirements in view of providing adequate solutions within the M365 platform;
  • Support to users in the usage of M365 tools;
  • Implementation of solutions on existing technical platforms, including customisations required;
  • Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites and its content administration;
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Teams and its content administration;
  • At least 1 year of experience with writing end-user documentation;
  • Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration;
  • Experience with end-user guidance;
  • Knowledge of business process analysis;
  • Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL);
  • Excellent command of the English language.
