Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Servers to join our client’s team, a renowned 5-star hotel dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. 🍽️ 🌟

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a seamless dining experience by attending to special requests and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding menu items and availability.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively, seeking prompt resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setup and breakdown of dining areas and cash handling responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a 5-star hotel or upscale dining establishment.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including familiarity with fine dining etiquette and wine service.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
• Certification in food handling and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
