We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our client’s Destination Services team, specializing in inbound tourism. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive sales strategies, foster key relationships, and contribute to the growth of a vibrant and exciting industry. 🏝️✈️
- Support management to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to attract new business and achieve growth.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing key clients while seeking new opportunities in leisure, corporate and MICE.
- Maintain a good relationship with all suppliers and keep yourself informed of developments.
- Work closely with ground operations to ensure an optimal experience to all our guests.
- Support our key tour operator partners in managing hotel contracting and allocations.
- Offer customer care support to the clients of our trade partners.
- Represent the company in meetings and other industry events, as required.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven track record of success in marketing and sales in tourism (ideally at a DMC).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage sales.
- Full flexibility to travel as and when required.
- Proficient in the English language and in using key software and CRM systems.
