Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and tours
  • Provide clients with detailed information and advice on the real estate market and local properties
  • Negotiate property deals, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved
  • Manage leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments

Full-time positions:

  • Work on a wide portfolio of properties and clients
  • Attend daily team meetings and participate in strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with other agents to close deals and reach sales targets
  • Full support from the agency, including marketing and lead generation
  • Part-time positions:
  • Ideal for those with a strong interest in real estate and a desire to grow within the industry
  • Flexible hours to accommodate other commitments while building experience
  • Learn the foundations of real estate while working at your own pace

Qualifications:

  • A passion for real estate and a commitment to long-term career growth
