They are currently seeking a skilled Project Site Supervisor to oversee and lead teams on external contracts, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team working on electrical, earthing, and lightning protection projects.
- Oversee testing, installation, and measurement tasks, ensuring all work meets company and safety standards.
- Coordinate work at heights, including on high roofs, tall buildings, and elevated platforms.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead a team and work independently without supervision.
- Strong command of both Maltese and English (reading and writing).
- Computer literacy.
- A valid drivers license and clean police conduct.
- Previous experience in similar roles, especially in outdoor or technical installations, is essential.
